Application information

The combi V-guide DW26.5 is extremely quick and very easy to assemble. To do this, place it on the reinforcement before concereting the base plate and fix it in place. Then concerete the component first. After that, you can screw the formwork to the concreted combi V-guide. To do this, insert the DW26.5 tie rod to be screwed into the combi V-guide through the support frame pre-assembled on the panel, usually with double channel waler, and finish with the screwed-on counter plate and hexagon screw DW26.5. This ensures that the fresh concrete forces are safely anchored.

The corrosion protection of the installed component is guaranteed due to the metal-free head of the combi V-guide.

Typical application

The combi V-guide DW26.5 is generally used at the following heights:

• Supporting jack 6.00 m
• Supporting jack 8.00 m
• Waler for corners for supporting jack 4.00 m

The components in which the combi V-bracket is installed must be able to absorb the resulting tensile and compressive forces. The dimensions of these components must always be checked/verified and the position and number of combi V-brackets must be planned in. The range of applications and the stability must be checked separately.
