Which items can I order online?
We expand our online range at regular intervals. However, we ask for your understanding that not all items can be ordered online.

Can PASCHAL products be both purchased and rented online?
At present it is only possible to purchase formwork products online. Should you be interested in renting our products, please contact your PASCHAL contact person or use our contact form.

You can register as a company or a private individual here.

Can I purchase items from the Formwork Shop as a private individual?
Private individuals also have the option of ordering PASCHAL products online from the Formwork Shop. To do so please register in our shop.

Can I order items from the formwork shop without registering?
We ask for your understand that it is only possible to place an order in our shop if you have already registered.

As a registered user, you get to access details on your order history as well as all outstanding orders and their delivery status. You can also create a wish list.

I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?
You can reset your password in the login area. To do this, click on the link "Forgotten your password?“. Upon entering your email address, you will receive an email with a link to assign a new password.

How do I order items from the Formwork Shop?
Log in using your login data or register with the formwork shop and place the items you want in the basket. To purchase the items in the basket, go to the checkout and follow the steps for ordering.

How do I cancel an order?
In principle, the orders you place with us are binding. Should you wish to cancel an order, please get in contact with your PASCHAL contact person as soon as possible.

How can I make a complaint about an item?
Should you have cause to make a complaint, please contact your PASCHAL contact person. We will take care of the matter as quickly as possible.


How much are the delivery costs?
The delivery costs depend on the point of delivery. After entering the delivery address, the relevant delivery costs will be displayed in the ordering process.

Can I collect the ordered formwork material myself?
Yes, you can collect ordered items yourself. Please select the relevant forwarding option when ordering.

How long does delivery take?
Upon confirming your order, you will be provided details of the final delivery date. You can also view the delivery status in your order history in your customer account.
