The sustainable PASCHAL parting compound MOVA-bio is based exclusively on renewable raw materials and can be used for all formwork systems. It is a chemical-physical reactive concrete parting compound.

Application information

The PASCHAL parting compound MOVA-bio allows easy separation of the formwork from the concrete during dismantling. The parting compound is applied thinly and evenly to the clean, dry formwork by means of a fan nozzle before concreting and finished with the rubber lip. When using the formwork for the very first time, it must be sprayed with parting compound on all sides. After dismantling the formwork, clean the plywood and the end faces of the formwork and then spray them with the parting compound.

The parting compound is delivered ready for use, weatherproof and can be used for all absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.

Special environmental compatibility

As a formwork oil based on renewable raw materials, MOVA-bio can be used for all types of compaction and concrete consistencies - whether in pre-fabricated, in-situ or civil engineering.

Due to its environmentally friendly composition and biodegradability, MOVA-bio is also ideally suited for use in water protection areas or particularly sensitive environmental areas.

Longer service life

A well-maintained formwork treated with parting compound lasts longer and guarantees the qualitative requirements for the concrete components to be produced. This not only extends the service life of the plywood, but also that of the entire formwork - because the parting compound also acts as corrosion protection.

Accessories for the parting compound

A parting compound pistol is required to apply the parting compound to the formwork. PASCHAL provides these in 5 litre or 10 litre versions. However, conventional spray pistols can also be used.

Concrete parting compounds are auxiliary construction materials that act at the important point of the interfaces between the plywood and fresh concrete in the production process.
