NeoR large-size panel 180 x 300 cm

The NeoR large-size panel 180 x 300 cm is the largest formwork panel in the NeoR lightweigt formwork range.

In addition to the extremely strong flat steel frame, the large-size panel comprises a birch plywood sheet which is supported by nine multifunctional top hat profiles.

Application information

The PASCHAL NeoR large-size panel 180 x 300 cm can be used whenever extensive formwork is required. Because only very few connecting pieces are required for large wall areas, the formwork times are outstanding. The vertical and horizontal connection of the NeoR formwork panels is made quick and easy using keybolts.

In the case of uneven installation surfaces, the oblong holes in the panel frame enable a height offset of up to 2 cm per panel joint.

Save on tie points

With the NeoR lightweight formwork, the low number of tie points saves time and labour costs. With only three clamping points at a concreting height of 3 metres, the lightweight formwork can be used particularly quickly and economically. When spanning (with spacer straps) only two tie points are required at 3 meters height with the large-size panel.

Compatibility with all PASCHAL formwork systems

The NeoR panel can be combined with all other PASCHAL systems using the system-oriented connecting pieces or the combi-clamp.

Thanks to the easy handling, the lateral protection system Secuset can be installed effectively and securely on the NeoR lightweight formwork, and thus meets the current occupational safety standards with regard to lateral protection.

Distinctive formwork panels with PASCHAL Ident

Every NeoR panel becomes distinctive through our integrated transponders – with the PASCHAL Ident technology. Each panel fitted in this way is given an electronic number which, in turn, guarantees clear and unambiguous identification.
